GrandCentral - acquired by google is reborn as Google Voice.
Google Voice would be available in a few days to the users of GrandCentral (as a private beta).
Apart from the regular features provided by GrandCentral like OneNumber, Screening etc., Google Voice provides Voice mail - Transcription, Conference call feature and many more.

Soon GoogleVoice could be expected to be released to all.
Grandcentral has some features for a fee. Don't know what would happen to Google Voice. will it provide all the services for free? Most probably not, as some features are too much to ask for free.
